To make the process as convenient as possible, Priority Law’s attorneys are available in office, by phone or virtually via Zoom. During the initial consult, you will meet with a legal professional who will assess your needs by asking a series of questions. Based on your goals for your family, we will advise a plan.
Step 2
Draft will and trust documents
Priority Law will prepare your will and trust documents for your feedback. To ensure that you are complete comfortable with your estate planning documents, we will review and edit them collaboratively before preparing for signatures.
Step 3
Sign Estate Planning Documents
Once the estate planning documents are to your satisfaction, the will and trust can be signed in our office with witnesses to be legally binding.
Step 4
Final processing of will and trust
Final processing may include funding your trust with real estate and financial assets. You will receive a signed and witnessed copy of all your estate planning documents.
